Ideal for Asian meals

Chinese egg noodles from Soubry are thin and long. Easy to prepare and delicious in any Asian dish. The added egg gives these noodles a yellow color and helps them withstand cooking for too long. Cook the noodles in enough water. As soon as you put them in the boiling water, remove the pot from the heat. Leave to stand for 4 minutes, and you get the perfect Chinese pasta. Try mixing them with beef and wok veg: ready in no time and delicious.

Prepared with eggs from hens raised on the ground.
