Japanese shirataki noodles are made from konjac flour and can be eaten in soups, salads and noodle dishes. In Japan shirataki noodles are traditionally served with the famous dish Sukiyaki.

Shirataki noodles are healthy, delicious noodle, low in calories and perfect for any Japanese dish and gluten free. Shirataki noodles are sold pre-packaged in liquid. Before using they should be carefully rinsed with cold water.
