We can not be held responsible if the goods are actually unavailable in our stock or supplier's stock .
Clicknpick Market guarantees the delivery of quality products. Your satisfaction is our first priority and we want to provide you with an irreproachable service.
If the customer is not satisfied with the delivered products, he can contact our Customer Service by telephone or e-mail at email@example.com. To be valid, a claim must be received upon receipt of the goods, which means the day of delivery. Hidden defects must be reported to Customer Service as soon as they are detected. Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded in the form of a voucher that could be used for the next purchase. This credit is valid for one year. Clicknpick Market has the right to require proof of default from the customer before crediting his account.
Clicknpick Market ensures that the information given on the products (eg nutrition, dimensions, weight) is correct. But still all the information given is not contractual.
As with any food product, the consumer is nevertheless asked to check for possible contraindications before absorption (eg in case of diabetes) on the product package.
Fresh Fruits & Vegetables
For quality, security and hygienic reasons, the fresh and frozen products shall not be returned once the delivery is accomplished. The customer must inform our staff if a product's quality was not good within 24 hours after receiving the Fresh fruits, Fresh vegetables, Fresh leaves or any item that could be perishable. After passing that delay, the customer service is not obliged to make any refund or exchange that product.
The staff of Clicknpick Market prepares all fruits and vegetables with good care and adapts the quantities to the ordered wieght or quantities.
Clicknpick Market has the right to modify at any time the prices displayed in the online shop. Price modification is in most cases due to price changes from our suppliers. The minimum amount of purchases on Clicknpick Market is Fr. 25.- VAT included per order. All prices include VAT according to actual rates.
The delivery cost by Clicknpick Market is Fr. 5.90 from Fr. 25.- VAT incl. of purchase and is valid only for deliveries within the Canton of Geneva.
Clicknpick Market has the right to limit the purchase quantities of certain products.
The customer will be informed if a product is not available at the time of purchase. That product will be billed in the first order. The customer will be informed as soon as this product will be available again.
If the product is not available within 3 business days, the customer will be credited in a form of a voucher.
Order Confirmation from Clicknpick Market
The original order is the base of calculation for any special benefits or reductions, even if it is completed later. Any order is confirmed by Clicknpick Market.
The contract takes effect when the customer has placed his order and when this order has been accepted electronically by Clicknpick Market. The customer cannot add more items in the same order once it has been paid. He can eventually create a new order with a minimum purchase of 25CHF VAT incl.
The customer can choose to pay with credit card or PostFinance.
Invoices are displayed in the customer account immediately after confirmation of the order.
Clicknpick Market has the right to require advance payment or a customer guarantee before delivering the order.
Refunds, credits, vouchers
The customer has the right to claim for a refund of a dry product within 14 days after the delivery. Fresh or Frozen products are not refundable unless if the claim has reached the customer service within 24h after delivery. The customer service will then establish if the refund if possible or not. Every case will be studied independently.
The customer must fulfill the following conditions to claim for a refund:
- The product's seal must be intact.
- In case if damage was identified after opening the seal, the damage must be visible or proven.
- The product should not be consumed for more than 20%.
In case of valid refund, the customer is entitled to a credit, the amount due will be credited to his customer account, usable for the next purchase from Clicknpick Market within one year. The vouchers from Clicknpick Market are in no way resellable.
Please note that any claim that doesn't respect the above conditions will not be processed.
Legal jurisdiction for any claim or litigation is in Geneva, Switzerland.
